Last evening with just a day and some hours remaining until the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene this Saturday, full entries in the sprints and 5K were still not officially released. But overnight they came just in time for an expedited Fantasy DL — submit your picks before the deadline tomorrow morning to take part in some of the greatest matchups this year.

Congrats to the winners of the Rabat / Marrakesh DL, Gideon K and Soggy, followed by Cleve McQueen. You can check your scores here: https://hpr.github.io/2024/#/rabat24/leaderboard

The most anticipated race of Saturday is the Bowerman Mile, which includes a rematch of Jakob Ingebrigtsen vs Yared Nuguse, plus the last two World champions in Josh Kerr and Jake Wightman, plus World Indoor champ Geordie Beamish. And if that wasn’t enough, the phenom tradition at Pre will continue with Australia’s Cam Myers plus one unknown at the mile distance in steeplechase world record holder Lamecha Girma. Jakob comes in as the favorite, and you can read a 3,000+ word preview of the race at LetsRun.com.

Aside from the headliner, some important duels will be taking place in the women’s 100 (World champ Sha’Carri Richardson v. Olympic champ Elaine Thompson-Herah v. World Indoor champ Julien Alfred), women’s 5000m (Sifan Hassan returns to the track), and men’s 200m (world leader Kenny Bednarek takes on Tebogo-beater Courtney Lindsay).

Click the unified link below and remember to submit your entries before the TV window on Sunday, being sure to check that your submission was received by going to the “Submissions” page. Good luck, and feel free to reply to this email or click the email icon on-site with any feedback.
